- Another type of real estate office gives its field agents a desk to work from, from where he/she manages all the advertising and pays for it himself. The broker then charges a much higher commission split from the agent.
- In some other companies, brokers may list the properties in the listings, but the seller has to do their own showings.
- Some other companies do just the paperwork after the salle has been done.
- Some companies provide multiple services like packing and moving, home décor, maintenance services etc to make bigger impact and profits.
